Why was I charged commission on my booking?

It seems like you were charged a commission for one of the following reasons:

  1. Marketplace Booking: Your package is listed on the Focal Marketplace, and when a client books through your marketplace link, we charge a percentage as a commission. You can view the marketplace here: https://app.bookfocal.com/marketplace.

  2. Subscription Plan: If you're subscribed to our Website Plan or Core Plan, commissions are applied to bookings. To avoid commissions, you might want to consider upgrading to our All-You-Need plan, which offers a no-commission benefit. You can check out our plans here: https://www.bookfocal.com/pricing.

  3. Focal IGNITE Program: If you're part of the Focal IGNITE program, and the booking was attributed to IGNITE ads, a commission would be charged accordingly. Please reach out to your Studio Manager if you believe this commission was charged in error.

The commission was charged in error, how can I dispute the charge?

If you believe the commission was charged in error, please let our team know, we'll be happy to review the booking attribution with you.
