To create a discount code using Focal and Stripe, follow the instructions in this video: How to Create a Discount Code. This feature allows your clients to enter their discount code at checkout, making the process seamless and convenient.

Line Item Discount

Remember, you can apply a discount to a booking using "line items." To manually add a line item discount, follow these steps:

  1. Open a new or existing booking in your Client Portal.

  2. On the right side, click "Add Discount."

  3. Name the discount (e.g., Friends and Family Discount) and enter the discounted amount.

  4. Click the "Add Discounted Item" button. The discounted item will be reflected in the booking preview.
